A warm and friendly place to stay, just needs a little updating
Location was great, very central to what was desired. Room was large and comfortable Pool was central and very usable
Bathroom was adequate, but a little rundown Shower pressure was poor and sometimes was a drip water temp hard to get to a comfortable level

Good
Staff were friendly n accommodating. Breakfast was nice but after 10 days needed a change.
Accommodation was old n run down. Toilet had problems, fixed withing first 2 days. Needs renovation and update. Breakfast needs a change of more variety of fruit and juices. Coffee at breakfast was undrinkable.

Really great stay and very family friendly
The breakfast was wonderful. The property location and gardens are fantastic. All staff very friendly. I love loved that it was a quiet place. I loved the big rooms. Food from menu cooked great.
The glasses to drink from in my room were not clean. The toilet wasn’t cleaned properly and maybe the kettle could be updated.

AWESOME
Our Stay at the Melasti Legian has been wonderful! we originally only booked for 3 nights and had extended for 8. The staff are so friendly and willing to assist in any way. The rooms are large, older style however clean and accommodating. Food at Breakfast had great variety and service. Room service priced well and always delicious. We recommend the Melasti for a wonderful reasonably well priced family holiday. The surrounding people are also so kind and helpful we have had nothing but amazing interactions on the beach in front and streets behind. Thank you :)
